Standard shipping domestic orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
Standard Shipping is FREE for continental US domestic on all orders $75+. At this time we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, offshore US territories or International Shipping. Please message us on Facebook with any special requests.
Delivery time is approx. 3 - 7 business days after the day it leaves our warehouse or boutique. Deliveries may arrive in two packages.
Processing times for standard shipping orders are approx. 2-4 business days from the day it is placed. During any sales, this processing time is 6-7 business days.
Orders are never processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our regular business hours are Tuesday-Friday 9am - 4pm CST, excluding holidays.
All orders are subject to needing credit card authorization and address verification before they leave our warehouse. We do email to make sure all orders are legitimate orders to protect our customers and our company from fraudulently placed orders. You can expect this to happen if you place an expedited order over $200 or if your billing and shipping addresses do not match. We will not send out your order until we receive confirmation that the order was legitimately placed and is authorized by the card holder.
We will also email you if your address shows as invalid in our system, or if you provide us with a PO box address and we are not able to send to it. We will not send out your order until we receive a response with a valid address to send your package to.
Crush Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost or stolen, you must contact us and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation. If you would like to purchase additional insurance to cover the full price of your package, you may email us.
Expedited shipping domestic orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
2 Day is $45.00 for all orders with this option selected. Delivery time is 2 business days after the day it leaves our boutique.
Local Pickup orders can be picked up once you have been notified by email first, and then through Facebook if necessary. You may come to our boutique or warehouse to pick up once arrangements are made. Pick up is only available for boutique styles.
