Please private message us on Facebook or text us your Name, Order # and the Tracking Number of returned package once you have mailed it.

 

It is very helpful for us if you private message us on Facebook that you are sending a return!

 

Items can be returned with all tags attached for store credit or exchange with in 7 days of purchase or receiving the item. Our inventory turns over quickly and we will not accept back any item 7 days after purchase or receiving the item.

Sale items are always final sale items and can not be returned.

All jewelry purchases are final sale items and can not be returned.

Any item(s) that smell of smoke, have stains, pet hair, have been washed, worn, or damaged by you will not be accepted back. Item(s) must be in their original condition.

If shipping back an item please message us with your tracking number.

Any items being shipped back for exchange will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Crush Boutique will only offer FREE SHIPPING on the initial order. Any items that need to be shipped for exchanged will be charged shipping.

Store credit for item shipped back as a return will not be sent until item has been inspected and accepted as a return.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, credit will be emailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
